Media and content in Web3

A strong use case of NFT can be around movies and multimedia content. NFTs offer fans a true sense of ownership compared to streaming movies on Netflix. Due to these factors, Hollywood is exploring NFTs and Web3.

Dapper Labs signed a deal with major Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME) a couple of days ago. The deal can open up opportunities for some of Dapper Labs’ signature NFT collections, like CryptoKitties and NBA Top Shot, to be included in Hollywood movies.

There are various other developments from other popular studios as well. The community is expecting other studios like Star Wars, Marvel, and DC to jump on the NFT bandwagon.
