WOW Summit: The first digital alternative reality festival in Dubai

The world’s first digital AR festival, WOW (World of Web3) Summit, is held from 12th March to 18th March in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The WOW Summit is the biggest Web3 technology event in the GCC, and will connect global NFT and DeFi leaders with international businesses, authorities, government, tech visionaries, investors, and developers.

The WOW Summit will hold a series of events which includes a ‘Business Expo,’ ‘NFT Gallery,’ and the ‘Metafest,’ a multi-dimensional, immersive, and fun performance. The Summit, while being an interactive experience, aims to help raise understanding of the emerging Web3 technology, its impact on the growing economy, and the recent industry trends. 

The WOW Summit is being organized by GuyWay Events and will utilize the interactive and next-gen technology of Alternative Reality with the first-day focus on Blockchain technology. The following day, the Summit will cover the impact of Web3 on different industry verticals with the help of industry leaders.

The WOW Summit will have three main attractions, WOW NFT Gallery, WOW Business Expo, and WOW Metafest. The summit will also explore and exhibit the NFT Digital artworks by Synticate and Nils Hansen.

Syndicate is a group of digital new media artists who have gained immense recognition and have been exhibited in various international exhibitions in the UK (London), Italy (Venice), the USA (Times Square), and the UAE (Dubai). This group of artists creates generative art and interactive illustration that revolves around AI, in the author’s style of Ecofuturism. 

One of the popular artwork sold at Wow Summit was Biomonitor Turquoise from the collection Cyberorganics. The artwork caught the attention of different art connoisseurs and was purchased by the Acai Fund investors. 

On the other hand, Nils Hansen is an award-winning crypto artist and sculptor known globally for his digital works. Nils work has been collected on the most well-known crypto art platforms and is also featured in the Museum of Crypto Art (MoCA), the Whale collection and is bought by famous collectors such as MantaXR, Akira and Xray. 

One of the popular titles, The Sun King was gifted to Alexander the Great and depicts the ancient marble statue of the great emperor from the Capitoline Museum in Rome. The work of Neils was purchased on the first day of the summit itself. 

All-in-all the Wow Summit was an event to remember and will mark a great moment in the history of digital currencies.
