BOG is a real-time multiplayer PVP arena NFT game where players battle it out against one another to earn rewards. There are at least three game modes on Battle of Guardian; the Story, Arena, and Tournament modes. Players can instantaneously create a matchmaking lobby consisting of 8/16/32 players. BOG also has plans for its own NFT marketplace. Any obtained NFTs can be sold in this market. Players can also buy NFTs for use in fights from this marketplace. When not in use, NFT assets can be kept active. Those assets can also be lent to other players through the marketplace. When the goal is a higher-level NFT character, players can combine separate characters together in what is known as an NFT Synthesis to create more powerful characters that can then be used to fight.

The team of developers is headed by Orlando Nandito, Anargya Simson, and Alexander Lim who pull together their experiences to create a thrilling game experience for all users. The ecosystem uses a dual token system.

Consequently, the Battle of Guardians uses the $BGS token and the $FP token. While the $BGS token is the main currency of the Battle of Guardians universe, the $FP is also integral to the ecosystem. The $BGS is useful in purchasing NFT characters, staking, and governance.
