- The SHIB team announces October 1st as the download date for the Shiba Eternity game.
- Shytoshi Kusama revealed that 5 percent of the Shiba Eternity revenue would be for burning SHIB tokens.
During the recently held Shiba Eternity spaces, the SHIB army heard the correct information from the SHIB leadership team comprising of beta testers, William Volk, Arch Angel SHIB Queenie, and Shytoshi Kusama (lead developer of the Shiba Inu ecosystem), who relayed his information through SHIB Queenie. The Shiba Eternity is a collectible card game with features like the Hearthstone, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic the Gathering card games.
Beta testers of the Shiba Eternity game shared glowing testimonials about its gameplay. Creating this excitement and enjoyment among game players was one main reason Shytoshi took his time making the game. In October 2021, the SHIB team promised that the game would be ready for download in app stores within 12 months. The team has kept its promise after announcing that October 1st, 2022, will be the official download day of the new game.

It is also on record that the game has an astonishing 500+ cards with several thousands of characters that use the Shiboshis. The game also has several tutorials to teach novice players how to play these games. Fifty-nine minutes per day is the average playtime per player for this game. Shiba Eternity card game has the highest rating for any card game on iOS (4.9 ratings).
Unlike many other games on the app store, the Shiba Eternity card game isn’t a play-to-win game. It is not compulsory for game players to buy any of the upgrades. They can do well by competing with their base deck. This is one outstanding feature of this game, as it gives anyone the chance to play and win regardless of their money. It is also in line with the vision of Ryoshi and the spirit of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
