- India-based short video app Chingari has announced a partnership with Fashion TV under which the app will play the TV’s content on its platform.
- Chingari will also debut 1000 GARI Panda NFTs in collaboration with Fashion TV and the two will also launch a Fashion Metaverse and a Fashion TV token.
India’s fastest-growing short video app Chingari has announced a new partnership with one of the world’s largest fashion and lifestyle television networks, Fashion TV. The two will launch a metaverse, a new token, NFTs, and partner on exclusive content.
Announced today, the partnership is the first between Fashion TV and a short video app. With over 30 satellite and 2,000+ cable systems and 400 million views the world over, Fashion TV is one of the world’s largest lifestyle TV networks.
Under the partnership, Chingari will exclusively play Fashion TV content on its app. In addition, the two will launch 100 non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The holders of these NFTs will have a number of benefits that include access to exclusive parties and fashion shows by Fashion TV. They will also have exclusive access to the Fashion metaverse which the two entities intend to launch soon.
Chingari, which is powered by its native token GARI, launched in 2018 and has grown aggressively since then. It now boasts of being a top destination for entertaining, informative and engaging videos. Today, it has over 130 million users across India and beyond, and is available in over 15 languages.
