Formula One’s Miami Grand Prix featuring F1 Ethereum NFTs is happening next weekend. FTX, in partnership with F1 Team Mercedes, is set to release a powerhouse of NFTs available in premium action and free-to-claim formats.

F1 Team Speeds Things Up With FTX
Today, F1 Team Mercedes-AMG Petronas together with FTX crypto platform announced their collaboration and the release of their rare and selected NFT collectibles at the Miami Grand Prix plus in other racing events happening for this season.
FTX and F1 fans are on the lookout for the grand launch of 1,000 limited edition free-to-claim NFT ticket stubs for those who want to witness the NFT launch happening at the Miami Grand Prix and other races for this year.
Other adrenaline-pumping events will have as much as 2,500 free NFT ticket stubs. The free stub collectibles will each have a rare and special design to delight fans.
Additionally, FTX is planning on other ways to add more NFT uses for stub holders.
Mad Dog Jones Creates 10 Limited-Edition F1 NFTs
For these racing events, FTX and the F1 team have also partnered with Mad Dog Jones, a highly-respected artist who will be releasing over 10 special limited editions of Ethereum NFT artworks for auction.
Two of the Mad Dog Jones NFT artworks come with the physical rear wing end plate from the Mercedes cars that are driven by none other than daredevils George Russel and Lewis Hamilton.

According to Lou Frangella, FTX VP of Partnerships, the vision with the F1 Ethereum NFT launch in Miami is to merge culture, art, and Formula One in one grand event.
They really want to make it big in Miami and it’s bound to happen especially for an event with this one-of-a-kind lineup.
NFT Auction Starts May 6
Bidding for the F1 NFT event will open on May 6, which also commences the start of practice for the Miami Grand Prix. Auctions will then run until May 13.
Meanwhile, FTX and F1 will also be hosting a physical NFT gallery that allows guests to view and experience the artworks in physical form after seeing its fast-and-the-furious version on the tracks.
Apart from the glitz and glam of this NFT event, proceeds from the F1 NFT sale will go to Ignite, an initiative co-founded in collaboration with F1 Hamilton’s Mission44 Foundation promoting motorsport inclusion and diversity.
