The decentralized international activist and hacktivist group Anonymous has published warnings directed at Terra co-founder Do Kwon. In the cautionary video, the hacktivist collective has elaborated on Kwon’s wrongdoings.
Do Kwon Targeted By Anonymous
A warning video directed at Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon, posted on June 26, has garnered over 72,646 views in 24 hours. “This is a message from Anonymous, for Do Kwon”, the three minutes 49-second diatribe begins, quickly attacking the charismatic founder for “single-handedly” being responsible for scamming investors out of their money.
The main thrust of the video rant warns that the South Korean entrepreneur must be “brought to justice as soon as possible” in regard to the dramatic implosion of the TerraUSD (UST) stablecoin and its companion token Luna in May.
After taking issue with Kwon’s “arrogant tactics” in trolling rivals and naysayers, the hacker group, which is popularly viewed as the modern-day Robin Hood, zeroed in on the allegations that the Terra founder cashed out roughly $80 million in LUNA and UST every month just before the collapse as well as his role in earlier failed algorithmic stablecoin project Basis Cash.
As ZyCrypto reported earlier, Kwon refuted claims of cashing out prior to the fall of the Terra ecosystem. Though he was a paper billionaire at the peak of the LUNA bull run, Kwon claims he also lost everything along with other Terra investors.

Anonymous further noted that Kwon has come under investigation from several government authorities, adding that the hacker group is also examining the CEO’s actions since he forayed into the crypto industry in a bid to “bring to light” all the purported crimes in his “trail of destruction”.
The warning ends ominously: “Do Kwon, if you are listening, sadly, there is nothing that can be done to reverse the damage that you have done. At this point, the only thing that we can do is hold you accountable and make sure that you are brought to justice as soon as possible. We are anonymous. We are legion. Expect us.”
Given the decentralized nature of the hacker group, it’s hard to determine with confidence whether the video was made by members of the Anonymous group. Nonetheless, the video bears similarities to past videos that are believed to have been published by this particular group.
The same YouTube channel took a shot at Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk on June 5, 2021, for “destroying lives” of hardworking investors using his influence on Twitter to move the cryptocurrency markets. The video has more than 3.3 million views at press time.
Still, the crypto community notes that Anonymous’ power has been dwindling in recent years, exhibiting more bark than bite.
