Metaverse project The Kingdom has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Monkey Legends, the first multi-chain PFP project. The collaborative effort will occur under the “Kingdom Labs” banner.
Also, The Kingdom plans to organize its land sale in Q3 2022, with the metaverse launching in early Q4 2022. The team says that they will communicate more news and updates through their official media channels over the coming weeks.
Interestingly, holders of Monkey Legends NFTs will receive access to periodic quests in The Kingdom. Those quests will help users in collecting rare in-game items, which players can combine to create sets. Holders can then combine sets for rewards.
Furthermore, landowners in The Kingdom can stake the sets they acquired and earn DIAMOND tokens, items, housing upgrades, and in-game NFTs. DIAMOND is one of The Kingdom’s ecosystem tokens.
Moreover, Monkey Legends holders can engage in staking to earn DIAMOND. There is a party system where staking more than one NFT grants bonuses and party boosts for token generation purposes.
The team also stated that users who hold two or more Monkey Legends NFTs will receive a guaranteed whitelist spot for the Initial Land Offering in The Kingdom.
Monkey Legend NFTs will also grant users a free Kingdom Crib to be distributed through an airdrop. A Kingdom Crib is a Metaverse house to be built on acquired land in The Kingdom. In short, Monkey Legends NFTs are essential to The Kingdom’s first play-to-earn mechanics.
Monkey Legends comes under the Monkey Kingdom banner. Monkey Kingdom is the first Asia-based NFT project. Launched on the Solana network, Monkey Kingdom is a very popular collection with a total trade volume of 90,000 SOL.
The Kingdom is an upcoming open-world metaverse focusing on culture-led experiences. Reportedly, users can explore immersive cities, embark on missions and quests, dress NFT avatars, and create their own worlds in The Kingdom.
