To celebrate the launch of the Paris World metaverse, Hilton will host a party on New Year’s Eve. It will take place online, with Hilton’s avatar serving as a DJ, playing an electronic music set all across New Year’s Eve.
Paris Hilton, an American star and international influencer, has added her name to the list of celebrities who embraced a metaverse, an interactive world complete with virtual entertainment and businesses. In particular, she has created her own island in the Roblox metaverse.
Called “Paris World”, her virtual island replicates her Beverly Hills home. It even includes her dog mansion and the neon carnival wedding celebration she and her husband Carter Reum hosted earlier this year. In Paris World, you can experience Hilton’s own lifestyle. You can even rent a luxury sports car or a Sunray yacht as well as purchase virtual clothing for a small fee.
Hilton said:
“For me, the metaverse is somewhere that you can do everything you can do in real life in the digital world. Not everybody gets to experience that, so that’s what we’ve been working together on over the past year – giving them all my inspirations of what I want in that world.”
Paris World metaverse has been launched by Hilton’s new media company, 11:11 Media, a brand and IP company Paris Hilton and Bruce Gersh founded. 11:11 Media also launched her podcast “This Is Paris” and reality TV series “Cooking With Paris” and “Paris In Love.”
Bruce Gersh said:
“The final piece of the digital space is the metaverse. We think that there’s a real opportunity for Paris to influence, even at a younger level than who her core customer is. We’ve built a fantastic, whimsical world that we believe her fans and new fans will just love.”

Earlier, rapper Snoop Dogg entered the NFT metaverse via his virtual mansion on The Sandbox. Besides, recently, Universal Music Group (UMG) has partnered with avatar company Genies to create a fully-fledged marketplace where fans can buy and sell NFT merchandise that can be worn in various metaverses.
