Ripple, a gross settlement platform, remains solid on its stance as a “future-building” company as it reinforces its hiring initiatives.
Sharing an article published on Ripple’s engineering department web page, the company appears to be actively promoting its open positions via social media. Notably, the article talks about how Ripple’s teams of engineers work to forge “new paths in the crypto industry.”
According to Ripple’s career page, more than 100 positions are open for various departments across global offices. The company’s branches in London, New York, and San Francisco, are a few of the offices that have more than 10 available posts, most of which are engineering roles.
Just last week, Brad Garlinghouse, the CEO of Ripple, shared that the company is “hiring for hundreds of roles around the globe — both in person and [remotely],” and that they have a “‘no a—holes’ policy.”
This statement last week comes after news about multiple crypto firms, including Coinbase, Crypto.com, Gemini Trust, and Rain Financial, imposed hiring freezes and layoffs.
Ripple will start its recruitment drive in Toronto, Canada, tomorrow, June 23. Dubbed “The Ripple Effect x Toronto Engineering,” the event seeks to hire experts from cloud operations engineers and engineering directors to senior recruiters and technical writers.
In related news, Ripple has partnered with British automotive company Lotus Cars to launch NFTs to the XRP Ledger. The digital assets are said to have been designed by in-house creators from Lotus Design and will serve as a tribute to the “pioneering spirit” of the performance of the car brand.
