- Sneakmart partners with StockX to launch Metakicks drop.
- 15 unique sneaker designs can be bought through mystery boxes.
- Over $200,000 in physical sneakers can be won from the drop.
Sneakmart, the first phygital streetwear initiative, proudly shares new milestones of the company—its first Metakicks drop, a fresh partnership, and mystery boxes. Consequently, these events will help the French Startup to bring its Metakicks sneaker NFTs to the Metaverse.
In detail, the Sneakmart team created 15 unique 3D-animated sneaker designs that include a 3D animated background and different elements such as shapes, colors, textures, and materials. These designs will then be sold through the upcoming Metakicks boxes that come in Rare, Super Rare, Epic, and Legendary rarities.
Furthermore, the company’s Metakicks mystery boxes will give away 625 pairs of physical sneakers. Holders can anticipate winning one of the latest Nike Dunk Low, Jordan 1 High, Adidas Yeezy 350, and Jordan 1 Dior pairs. In addition, there are also two pairs of Jordan’s collab with American rapper Travis Scott.
Built on the Ethereum blockchain, 6,250 Metakicks mystery boxes will be sold through Sneakmart’s official website.
Moreover, StockX—a global streetwear marketplace—becomes the official physical sneaker partner for Sneakmart’s first Metakicks drop. Here, holders can win over $200,000 in physical sneaker prizes and winners can choose their shoe sizes with StockX handling the international delivery.
With international soccer figures adding a touch of their creativity to the drop, Sneakmart’s event has already created a buzz in the community. Participating players include Kinsley Coman, Didier Droga, and Marco Verratti, who designed a custom 1-of-1 edition of personalized Metakicks.
What’s more, winners have the chance to receive access to signed items, meet-and-greets, and VIP games. Overall, Sneakmart Metakicks NFTs will be usable in the Metaverse and offer holders new events, derivative products, physical sneakers, and more.
In other news, Sneakmart is currently in the works to launch a series of 1-of-1 Metakicks made through working with famous brands and Web3 communities.
