On March 29, Warner Bros. Consumer Products – on behalf of DC – and Palm NFT Studio launched their latest project: The Bat Cowl Collection. The collection is an epic sale of 200,000 unique 3D-rendered Batman cowl NFTs. The designs draw influence from the 83 years of DC’s Batman.

Interestingly, The Bat Cowl Collection has more functions than just mere collectibles. The Collection aims to offer access to a private DC Universe fan forum with plenty of features. For example, behind-the-scenes content; physical collectibles; select fan events; merch; and more.
The Collection already has a two-year roadmap aiming to expand utility for Bat Cowl holders every 52 days in ways such as expanded wallet capabilities, metaverse integration, and Augmented Reality (AR).
Warner Bros. Head of NFT Commercial Development Josh Hackbarth said that the NFT space allows the company to connect with fans in new and innovative ways. “The Bat Cowl Collection aims to redefine the NFT experience offering up unparalleled opportunities to one of the Studio’s most beloved franchises,” said Hackbarth.
Through the best-in-class, fan-first approach to the development of NFTs, we believe the Bat Cowl Collection will allow collectors to deepen their connection with Batman and the DC Universe while embracing their fandom in the growing metaverse ecosystem.
