The month of November at WEMP sees a ray of hope and light due to the marvelous efforts of Lauren and Sarah in showcasing their true entrepreneurial abilities.
The law firm Marsicano + Leyva PLLC, founded by Lauren Mariscano, has worked with some of the global Fortune 100 companies, such as Bank of America and Ryder. Lauren is the pillar of creating a community that stands on the foundation of women, which inspired her to open a non-profit organization called “Women for Success.” The vision of this non-profit organization is to encourage independence among women, by providing grants, education opportunities, mentorship, and support.
Sarah Doyle, a patron of providing paramount health solutions, envisioned after she saw people being sent home from the hospital without identifying the root cause of their illness during the course of her career. This encouraged her to become a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She then sparked the “SoBe” therapy, which was a catalyst to empowering patients to know the ins and outs of their bodies and how they could build on strengthening their health.
This monthly feature of introducing the two Boss Ladies not only showcases extraordinary talent in the business world but also provides growth opportunities for their own business endeavors.
