Sebastien Borget, the co-founder of The Sandbox, has confirmed that Paris Hilton is building a fantasy land full of virtual parties and diverse entertainment attractions.

Entrepreneur, fashion icon, and self-acclaimed crypto queen, Paris Hilton has announced her presence on the metaverse by building a virtual Malibu Mansion in The Sandbox. According to a report, this was done in partnership with Hilton’s 11:11 Media.

“I am beyond excited to expand Paris World further into the metaverse. In collaboration with my amazing partner, The Sandbox, my team is dedicated to building an incredible real-life experience for my fans,” said Hilton.

Hilton, an early adopter of Web3 has since 2015 produced several digital wearables with Animoca Brands. It is also important to note that she was the brain behind the building of Paris World in Roblox.

Her fans are expected to experience the virtual world as the community will be invited to events including rooftop parties in a virtual mansion. In addition, participants will explore 11 avatars representing Hilton’s personalities. They would also be invited to Halloween events.

Sebastien Borget, the co-founder of The Sandbox, expressed his excitement to have Paris Hilton on board. According to him, The Sandbox is the real-life representation of imagination. He also confirmed that Hilton is building a fantasy land full of virtual parties and diverse entertainment attractions.

“In the Web3 space, she’s a longtime crypto enthusiast, a lover of digital art, an avid NFT collector, and a metaverse icon. Her integrated media and production company, 11:11 Media, is a multi-billion-dollar enterprise with verticals covering TV (Slivington Manor Entertainment), podcasts (London Audio), digital (11:11 Digital), licensing, NFTs, music, impact, and more,” said Hilton’s press team.

The Sandbox claims to be a “part virtual real estate and a part amusement park.” The likes of Snoop Dogg, Gucci Vault, Atari, Ubisoft, Steve Aoki, and Music Group have all partnered with The Sandbox.

Earlier this year, it added partners from the film, music, entertainment, acting, professional services, finance, real estate, and gaming industry in Hong Kong in a bid to create what it described as the Mega City. The Mega City was said to be an expansion into the “future, a place of dream and fun.” It is important to note that The Sandbox was recently featured by the Wall Street Journal and CNBC as a metaverse pioneer.
